Union achievements not working even after hotfix

  Hi, even after the latest hotfix, in my case the confederate achievements now seem to activate.

  But not the Union ones. Restarted a campaign and didn't get the first and second  medal achievements, nor after playing historical Bull Run at normal (middle) level

I've got every csa achievement playing on BG.

This was fixed and should be working fine now.
