Olan Turner Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 simply, when a nation concurs a port, that port demands goods from that nation. region and county capitals are excluded from this. The higher BR for port, the higher that port consumes goods for nation that concurred them.
Slim McSauce Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 I always thought that a port population, that requires certain things like food and supplies to survive and grow would be a cool feature. On port capture the population would go back to default and that nation would have to maintain the port to keep it growing. 1
