Rank gone ships gone

Hello i just logged in on naval action again to find my experience gone, outposts gone, money gone and most of my ships gone (only 2x agamemmnon left). Can anyone check why this is?

Uh i think about 2 months ago. I dont have any redeemables left. They are all gone.

Crafting level is also back to 0.

Crafting XP and Rank XP redeemables should be on the server you previously played on. For example if you played on PVP USA - they were transferred to Caribbean. If you played on PVE server - redeemables should be on the PVE server. 

All other redeemables were cleared/removed recently. Only XP related redeemables were kept.

I only have 1 character and it migrated to carribean. No Xp redeemables are there.

From PVP EU i think it was. Definately Europe and definately PVP

My brother just checked his account and he quit the game around the same time as me. He still has all his ships, gold, clan, craft exp, rank, outposts, etc.

Captain, it seems you deleted your previous character Captain Zilvus on 01.02.2018 (2nd January) with active experience and other active (not used from the redeemables box) assets

Sounds weird, especially since i havent played it and there are 2 agamemnons on it right now. But if thats what your logs say it must be true.

PS i guess a reroll is not an option?
