Ideal for more ranks

I would like to suggest that you add more ranks to offer more for people to grind for I will be using USA ranks as a reference. I think that after Rear Admiral there should be a rank called Vice Admiral and at Vice Admiral you get the ability to put your clan logo or different colored sails on your ships, and after Vice Admiral there should be the rank Admiral where you unlock the ability to put a commanders flag on your ship and the ability to do custom paint onto your ships.
