C++ libraries error

Hello,

After a long while away from the game, I decided to get back on. But I can't sort this C++ error, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the redist versions, and verified the game cache some 10 times and nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For Naval Action it is 2013, 2015 and 2017 packages
