The "smuggler" option is now totaly useless. You can't dock in enemie ports with a battle ship even if you use the smuggler flag Smuggler flag has no influence on battle flag If you "forget" to use the smuggler flag as a trader you can't dock in enemie ports, this means you can't escape in enemie ports. This means "smuggler" function only punishs the players on trader ships, who forget to click the option. So delete this useless option! All trader ships should be allowed to use all ports.
