Slim McSauce Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 You're in a capital with a bunch of other people in your nation all bored to hek with the amount of PVE and Sailing you've done. You wanna find some action and people who also want to find action. Instead of awkwardly asking in nation or bothering you clannies who may be doing something else, how about an dungeon finder esque matchmaking system that simply pairs them together in a fleet and gives them an objective. Say, patrol within 100km of (x) port for (x) time, reward 5 PVP marks when returned to port. This way you're encouraging players to get together, sail off into enemy waters and really expect PVP and welcome it. They won't be distraught to sail out and invest some time into looking around, or being around for PVP engagements. They KNOW they're getting a reward for their time, regardless if they get the PVP marks, and sink after. It's a simple solution, but it would go a long way to more content. It doesn't even have to be a matchmaker, a simple tab for a list of people actively looking for people to pair up with can fleet up in a squadron, then pull one of these missions to a random port anywhere on the map (to avoid farming, unless they repull them until he gets 3 decently close ones, in which he still has to wait (x) time and in the end it's only 15 PVP marks so how much does that really help when you're putting your own ship on the line (with class limitation, no 7th rates ) 1

Thonys Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 (edited) op perhaps: secret missions.. to evacuate people after a port battle who spawn for only 2 days after a portbattle only (only visible to the defeated party [ looks like similar to bottles[ ) like : wrecks , evacuate people, specials goods, gold and silver, books, upgrades, paints.. like: xp for carrying out the mission, or pvp points or victory marks or any valuable . mission; single player mission ; clan based: with at least 3 player mission nation based : with at least 10 players if you accept the mission , but not fulfilled in a certain amount of time (within a day )> you will be punished for treason (money, and if no money a random ship by admiralty) and don't get another mission for 3 days [ bad standing ] you cannot simply leave your beloved ones in enemy hands can't you .. greetings , happy hunting , and one more content cent.
