Black Screan

How a fix black screan crash? i have update  all drivers. reinstal game and any time i start battle game crash... realy flustrate lose ship and next ship .... some one have idea how this fix?

last 30 min game crash 5 time!!!!!! i 5 time log into battle!!!! its nonsens....

After the game crashes and screen goes black do you still have power? Is there a sound loop for a few seconds?

If so sounds like your motherboard or PSU is not delivering enough voltage to your graphics card.

Check your PSU (power supply unit) cables. Nothing slightly loose. Also, does it supply enough power for your rig? 400W won’t but 750W might.

Then check the GPU nVidia card cables. Same thing slightly loose connection.

i'd also suggest turning on framerate limiter, set it to 60, and try adjusting gfx quality settings to see if it makes a difference.

have pover and sure sounds have a few second..

This sounds like a Power issue then

Have you checked the cable fittings? The PSU is it large enough for your rigs power needs?

i check cable, have 800 watt power suply and have isue only for Naval Action

realy strange 

 

after game crash the computer is still working

i am wondering if gfx card is overheating

which is why i suggest turning on limiter

i have OCCT and not GPU heat not CPU heat .... only crash...

Do you use the Intel HD onboard graphics for anything at all ? Not sure if related but, if it was me, I would disable them on the BIOS/EFI setup.

Could you please check the temperature right after crashes happen?

Also could you please try to make a clean reinstall of GPU drivers using a program like DDU?

i have gtx 980 TI

temperature its 75-82 max

have only one card

any time use DDU

i change grafic kvality for High change fps limit 60 and play one game and dont have crash

My 970 runs much cooler than that with limiter on at 60 mine runs around 58-60 deg

Unless it's a dusty laptop under max load that seems awfully high to me.

i change resolution and game runing.. and i lose pvp mark  realy this game dont like me
