BESIDES all the crap between me and ole chrisy. there is a problem with the timers being able to be changed at any point. needs to be a 1 week cool down before it gets reset.

why not expand the time frame a little bit where there is more overlap?

Have increasingly expensive timers: 100k extra gets you a 12 hour window; 200k gets you an 8 hour window; 300k a 6 hour window; and a 3 hour window is a whopping 1 mil.per day.

Solution: port timers can only be changed at the start of the week with a new conquest round.
