Android game war of colony using UGCW footage

An ad for a game I do not play called "War of Colony" is plagiarizing your work. I saw the ad being served to me in a game I play, Walking War Robots. Seems very wrong that they are using your game to advertise theirs. Specifically, they showed train station with the dry land merrimack.

 

Sue their pants off, they are directly profiting from your work.
