20 PVP mark bounty on Spanish Player Malnaszorp from FLEKI clan to be sunk in 4th rate or larger ship as i let him go from a battle after we agreed he would trade 20 pvp marks since he was in his favorite ship which he didn't proceed to maintain the agreement.
