Camera Switching to Enemy Ship in Battle

I have been experiencing a bug lately where my game will lag and my camera will switch to and lock onto the enemy ship. Here is a screen shot of my last battle where this happened: 

In this case, the enemy ships stacked on top of each other. My ship was fairly far away from the Constitution that my camera is fixed on in this screen shot. This bug lasts for about 30 seconds then everything goes back to normal. This has been happening to me at least once every play session. 

 

I am using:

Windows 10, 64-bit

Intel i5-3330 @ 3.00 GHz

AMD Radeon R9 380 series (drivers up to date)

24 gig RAM

Captain, have you tried to verify integrity of game files in Steam? (right click on the game in Steam lib->properties->Local Files).

Also please send ingame F11 report once you experience it again

Are you sure this isn't related to high ping spikes (5400ms), @Capn Rocko?

I have the exact same just before I disconnect due to Wi-Fi signal lost. Looks like a connection issue to me.

I will try this when I get home tonight. It is hard to F11 while fighting a battle, so that is why I made this post. But in the future, I will try to F11 when this comes up. As @Batman and @z4ys mentioned, this could be due to lag spikes on Windows 10. I never had this problem on Windows 7.
