Hover the cursor over Portobelo and the tooltip shows the information: "accessible to all nations". The port doesn't have a different icon though. This is a design decision. Hover all possible ports? It's uncomfortable

This is what I wanted to do but I do not have any precise measures of the circles around forts and so forth. I took a few screenshots in the recent port battles. Maybe I can deduct something from them. Or maybe you have some data.
