Go up to it in a trade ship, click the ship and you can transfer the goods to you.

You need a ship with enough hold to do it

Slim explained it. I’ve never seen more cargo than a traders brig can handle.

Note that only one wreck can be on your map at once so if you open another bottle before looting the first wreck, the first will disappear.
