Crew that is repairing the ship in boarding should not be available for boarding calculations

Yesterday I repaired while in boarding, A large number of crew went on to repair the ship and moved out of boarding. I feel like this should definitely decrease the performance of my crew in the actual boarding combat, as you clearly can't do two things at once if one of those things is fighting for your life.

I think in some aspects it either shouldn't be allowed to happen (the act of repairing) or that heavily decrease your effectiveness on boarding.

I think it's nuts how you can completely repair sails/armor and crew while boarding and it's basically like a free repair action as you afk with disengage and defend action the whole time.

But, only 50% of your crew can participate in boarding. So whats the other half doing in that time? Thats why we can reload cannons and repair in boarding.
