Zoky Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 Hi. I acquired art of proper cargo distribution last night but it's acting as permanent upgrade and not as book. I can't use it for crafting art of ship handling. I'm so sad, I waited for a long time to get it and now it doesn't work Please help

The complete books can only be crafted from other components and the thing that dropped is a legacy item that does not work and cannot be made to work. They dropped in addition to normal content of the epic chest. 1
