Warehouse stock vanish - until leave port and re enter

Whilst moving items between ship and warehouse suddenly half the warehouse items vanish. Leave the port and come back in and they are all back, only a tiny issue so never reported but its happened several times now and seems like a really minor thing but I'm starting to think if we don't report the really small things they may build up into a host of tiny things.

This happens quite frequently to me with the captains chest (Marks). I often have to restart the game for it to be resolved.
