Ship Knowledge Bug

i started to level up a LGV knowledge and got it traded from a clan mate, before the trade he didn't remove his installed upgrades, and when i received it i got free marines and free boarding parties, what we found out is that it only works if you have no knowledge slots on the ship from before, so it wouldn't only work for a short while until you unlock the first knowledge slot

There is a bug indeed, will be fixed in one of the next patches.
