what to do about port camping 

when coming out of the port after the visibility timer and the aggression timer 

there should be a port docking  delay timer of 15-20 seconds when  a player is visible for everyone( for docking maneuvring  into the port )

> only when visible after visibility timer and aggression timer

just to address port camping 

when an attacker sees an enemy it is just frustrating to see that an enemy has an instant port save while the tagging timer is running 

done by :

> coding .

> or perhaps an instant tag perk or upgrade

for the player who comes out of port>>

or you sail out or you get into the port befor the time you being visible.. (annoying habits )

What visibility timer? We only have INvis now for leaving Open World AI an PvP battles
