... because you see I AM a Gentleman.

I'm not a gentleman, and I agree with that. But you are, so prove it by biting your own tongue next time you want to concern about a person you don't know in an incorrect way.

Greetings and respects for you.

Regarding the particular incident mentioned by the OP, since I wasn't there I can't really comment on it, but if the kiting was done for reasons of self preservation in the fear that he would surely lose by getting closer, then it's all fair IMHO.

Fair doesn't mean fun. I actually wonder, why TS bring this story here. He do annoying actions, kiting poor victory to the quit, then bring it here to say, that victory wasn't able to harm him and his oppo wasn't gentleman, since he quit, after demanding some whatever actions. It looks more like bragging, honestly. I could understand this thread in case if TS where concerned about some moral aspects or another points of view, but i read it and found that he only "completely disagree" with different opinions. For me it makes me feel, that this thread had started to just claim/blame Victory player... And in this case it isn't gentleman move itself.

Unbelievable...

I will really bite my own tongue now. This thread is susceptible to be closed or erased now due to narrowness understanding.

There is not right or wrong in alpha testing.

There is no penalty for leaving a battle, if you have to leave or want to leave, leave.

Its alphaaaaaa testtttingggggggg aka there is no garbage about being right or wrong about how you should fight.

This.

On the other hand, we should be happy - Naval Action is already legit internet multiplayer game. Drama. Tragedies. Hatred. Contempt. Respect. Defending so called fair play. Trolling. Etc...

Yep, and all of this is growing exponentially as more and more come to the game.

You forgot "scorn and defiance, slight regard."

I have no hatred or disregard of the OP. When I suggested that I would quit after he had had his fun and I was getting none he said I needed to quit, so I did. Next time I hope to take my due recompense in battle. I do not understand the latter posts by OP, I have at no time impugned his character, but rather defended my own by stating that indeed I AM a gentleman, inasmuch as I thought better of posting on the forums.

Now my fellow captains if you really think or thought we were going to live a fantastic, idyllic life here in NA land without some dramas, trolling and the like, then I think a reality check may be required.

Commandante Gomez Sir...I look forward to the next occasion our paths cross at sea and to a fair and honourable fight.

Winning or being defeated by you, will be a honor for me. There is no need for more quarrels. All is clear between us I feel. Thank you for your response and, of course, I unsay any thing which sounded or was rude or inappropiate to you.
