disappearing Wasa Note

I purchased a Wasa note.  When I converted it, it asked for frame and planking types, which I thought was strange since I hadn't started the crafting process.  When I go to Craft/Ships, the Wasa is not there.  Frustrating as the combat marks were valuable.  Is there any way to get it back?

Wasa note is no BluePrint - Instead it gives you a crafted ship - You just have to choose the desired woods.
