Redeemable XP on PvP Global not right

Switched to PvP Global from PvE a couple weeks ago. Had done the XP lock before the wipe (rank was Demon on  PvE at the time). When I redeemed my combat XP on PvP Global, I only got enough for Master Commandant (US). Crafting XP seems to have ported over just fine.

Captain, to clarify - have you done a battle on PVP US server before the wipe?
