Taking into account the number of fronts open against British and Pirates, we will work together to protect the national sovereignty of both nations. We recommend and propose the advance of the USA by the pirate islands, at the same time as the Royal forces of Spain advances by the pirate territories off the island of Cuba, so that with the two factions a simultaneous barrier is created in both borders. We also recommend and propose joint advancement against the illegal British occupation in Florida. We can study the distribution of the area. We also recommend and propose the joint advance against the British in the rest of their near territories. Any attack against cooperative forces of the United States or the Kingdom of Spain would be considered in the view of this alliance as an attack against both. If either party wishes to engage in additional alliances with other parties it is requested that they inform each other of such events as they transpire.
