login on Laptop

Hey gents,

I got a question, when I try to log in on my laptop with out connection to the energygrid I cannot come further than my char. before u enter port or OW

Is this a normal bug/problem?? and any idea on how to possibly solve it?

Do you use a different source of internet connection as well?

Well normally i tend use cable, but even then it doesn't work also on wifi since i move home once in a while.

Have you tried to check different power management settings while the laptop is out of energy grid?

Yes i tried 2 or 3 different settings but none seem to work

Captain, a black dot in the bottom left corner on character selection screen indicates that something is blocking requied ports needed to be open, 

Have you tried to google the problem? example 

Search with the exact model of your laptop may also give more results.

At the moment it looks like an issue not related to the game

take a quick look at this. On laptops power savings with Windows 10 can and will cause issues.
