The Church will change the Town ENTRY rights to free for all and reduce the tax rate to just 4%. The Church will empower via a divine right [ELITE] to assist PORT entry. Her Special Operations sister clan [ELAN] will also help with GB interdiction issues if arise. For redemption, sanctuary and confession the cult will ask for a small fee of 1x trade in our port. That is all… The Church wants Bensalem to be a main trading hub for the WEST side of the Caribbean to balance La Navasse in the EAST.
