Redeemable failed?

I used my 50 combat marks redeemable today and it just vanished.

Playing on PVP-EU 1

 

Fear any others i use may do so as well.

Is this a known bug or just my luck?

Did submit a report in game as well with code NAB-71511

Did you check the marks holding space on the top right in port? It doesnt go to the warehouse i think.
