AHOY received 14mill in a single days revenue via tax without the knowledge from the admins that your port was receiving boost..... How can I record revenue and incomes for AHOY against every other clan. When AHOY has already received tax boosts.... When AHOY is number1 in the future how do any of us know if that's down to brilliant port management or admin boosts??? If this was happening to sorry instead of your clan you'd be demanding blood/bans etc...

He was charged 10% tax for placing the contract (10% of 100,000,000 = 10,000,000) so the port generated 10mil just because he placed the contact. Then over the next few hours, all the tar was purchased by players (again, 10% of 100,000,000 = 10,000,000) so that's where the other 10mil came from. Add them together and there's the 20mil profit. Id love it it @admin would confirm that this had nothing to do with supporting AHOY, it was merely an attempt by the devs to calm the hysteria over Cartagena tar, created by a contract bug.

I think so. @admin sold cartagena tar to port. Because after maintance there was no cartagena tar in port

What myself and others are unhappy with is the seemed bias sneaking in. (British have it really hard with an automatic access to a third of all the resources available on our server... What about those nations who have alot less resource access... Wheres our hand outs) If the admin states AHOY had no warning I'll return AHOY to the data 2

Devs put in a short term fix, it's not like they are propping up a clan like Greece or Spain IRL Seriously though, it might look like a lot of one way gold going towards a clan right now, but it's not really much different short term than another nations clan all of a sudden using their forged papers and bringing loads of ships and materials with them is it ? Short term blip that might look big on the graph right now , but not for long. Much like Black wednesday in the '80s stock market. 1

Devs just fed one faction a massive supply of the most OP mod in the game and 20mil to boot - I think I speak for more than myself when I say that BoB style developer favoritism and hand feeding is unacceptable. This had better be fixed.

Why use a method that is easily found and monitored in both the api data, and also by hovering your mouse over the port? The devs could even give redeemables directly to the accounts of myself and other AHOY if they wanted to. These accusations don't make any sense.

monk33y Posted September 25, 2017 Author Posted September 25, 2017 (edited) If you look at the topic you'll see AHOY has returned. This happened after a chat with AHOY representatives. I'll continue to record the data but the AHOY blip will be dis-regarded. If the Devs step in again to help a port I'll remove the data... All I'm trying to do is record our history on the eu server. It's hard to record data when it's been effected by the admins. AHOY will return by the end of tomorrow with all past awards etc. Because of the Devs lead blip last week, AHOY won't be on the leaderboard but they will get mention as what happened was out of there (ahoys) control Edited September 25, 2017 by monk33y

We will continue spawning tar from time to time until the bug is fixed. We don't have good cosy relationships with ahoy (you can ask clan leaders directly about their ban history). Every clan on the map can capture the city and take the tax to themselves. 1
