Trader Tool prices are all wrong after patch 11.0

Title pretty much says it, fix the Trader tool, it is not a reliable source for traders currently,

Trader tool is a deprecated feature since the patch with player production buildings, it hasn't been correct since. Devs wanted to pull it out completely, but players asked to keep it even in it's unmaintained and incorrect state. AFAIK it shows the prices as they would be IF NPC still produced, port buy prices prolly still often work(?).
