I currently have 3 forged papers, with no intention what so ever of changing nation.

I have 2 suggestions to make them not so useless (for me and people in the same situation).

1. Make them a saleable and tradable object. This way you can at least use them for something if you do not intend to change nation. It also gives players who have used their papers a chance to change again, if they are not happy with their nation choice.

2. Make them redeemable for combat marks in the admiralty shop.

Aye, i like that with the admiralty shop and combat marks.

Don't like that with the trade able not a bit, considering the ocean of alts out there. :wacko:

How do forged papers actually work btw.? Still need to move all stuff in a free town or will a neutral town also do the job?

all they do is change you nationality, all assets must be moved manually to free or neutral town.

Maybe have a turn in function for those that have stayed loyal to there nations.  I'll turn in all mine for exchange of paint chest.
