Lost Steam Account

Is anyone having problems with Steam?

 

My account has been disabled.  Is there a way to get this turned on again?

 

I've gone through the Steam support twice and get ticket numbers - but the account remains disabled.

 

Thanks for any pointers you can offer.

There's nothing you can do.

The helpdesk should get back to you to explain why it was locked and what can be done to restore it.

 

I once forgot the password and it took them a week to give it back to me.... for some reason the mail for the pw reset was not reaching me.
