can anyone tell me why I never get my fourth division of my second Corps on day two?

Is this the CSA? Cuz I swear the game told me I had reinforcements coming, and I had units that should have been deployed but weren't. They never came and on the next end of timer the battle ended (as a loss, as I assumed the timer was for my reinforcements. I loaded a save and easily rectified this but wtf).

 

So its an oversight or a bug of some sort I guess.
