missing redeemable ship

Problem

Logged in after a years break to try the new ships. Starting with the indefatigable. Though whem looking through my redeemables, i had nothing nothing else than forged papers. Is there a requirement to get the indefatigable as a redeemable?

Why it is a problem

I would very much like to experience the indefatigable  myself.

What should developers do to fix the problem

An indefatigable redeemable, if it indeed was a bug that i did not recieve it.

Did you have any other redeemebls?  You been gone a year so you might not have synced up the game between servers and steam account and than just now logged in.  Also might help if you let us know what server you where playing on before and tried to log in this time?

I'm playing on EU PVP. I do have other redeemables (Forged Papers). Everything else seems in order, my exp still remains the same as when i left a year ago, so shouldn't it be synced up?

3 months ago hmm, I might have already claimed it earlier and forgotten, but  can u check if that is in fact the Indefatigable?
