"Draw" when should have been "Total Victory"

I'm on the mission where you have to capture the three supply waggons.  The Union is already beat up and only fields 2 x 1000 inf units.  They charged my line and quickly surrendered.  The scenario ended in a draw because the troops got wiped out so fast my cavalry units didn't get a chance to capture the wagons.  Save game available.

Yeah, noticed this here as well.  Though this shouldn't be "total victory" because the Union still has reinforcements coming, and you still have to capture those supply wagons - it should let the battle continue on so you can complete the objective, and then retreat or try to fight the reinforcements.
