defending a port battle and an Alt (at least we believe, judging from movements within the battle) from the other nation decided to join the French side in a store bought Cerb with no guns.

After we joined the Cerb - "GuichuJam" changed it's course from heading directly to the enemy to instead sailing around with our group. Another Swede - "Gustav VI" later joined the battle, boarded the Cerb and promptly finished him off.

There were multiple times where the French player GuichuJam could have been shot at and suspiciously the Swedes decided not to shoot at the Cerb with no guns. GuichuJam made no attempt at taking circles back nor helping the group (with no guns) in sinking the enemy. I would like these actions looked at as my fellow French players reported that this player has done the same thing when it came to helping enemy nations raise hostility against French ports.

I believe it was warned by a previous port battle, Not to bring a ship with no guns and this player clearly showed no intention of fighting and instead had a deal to sink so the enemy would win faster.

Better read the posts, you are posting:

Ink says: No direct abuse was found after monitoring for a couple of weeks.

First: Read

Secondly: Think

Thirdly: Write

I'm well aware of the content of that thread, since I followed it closely at the time it happened.  Did you bother to read what happened in post #1 of this thread?  I linked the thread which the OP mentions.  This is part of a pattern of behavior.

Based on logs GuichuJam is not an alt of Captains on the other side. Still player is warned to enter a combat in full arms.
