The trader and his upgrades

hi all 

with the current spawns of trading goods for upgrades 

the trader is the one , who is at the backend of the line..

why:

well he can by the trading goods because he sails a lot and visit ports more often

but: he is also the one who can not build upgrades because he does not possess the needed combat marks to make them

so i would rather see 

the buy opportunity for upgrade blueprints changed in normal gold 

so the trader also can make good use of his crafting xp for making upgrades 

because at the moment the upgrade market is going nowhere
