where clans on itself become more important (clan wars)

we are in need in de clan Warehouse  > Admiralty (clan) docks in the warehouse (only accessible by the officers,>  and hand overs, by right mouse send to selected player) v.v

for starters> admins  buy the Docks and start with 1 slot for a player >>>up to max 4 x slots upgrades for having an extra slot for every player 

.the clan leader buys the dock only

.also  clan leader and officers hand out ships

.and are not assessable by members
