log or thicker for the warehouse

we need a log file in the warehouse for the officers to see

for just only a day

for load and  maintenance, it will be wiped with the maintenance and start all over for that day 

also we need a ticker on the screen for everybody to see>  on the screen in OW visible for 5 seconds and fade away after 5 seconds

this is needed to hold track on whats going on and it is for the benefit for the entire clan ,i think it is needed with priority your thought please
