What I mean is.. You capture a ship... whatever it is a Player of AI....  You place a prize crew on it and send it off... 10-20 minutes later it will appear as an AI sailing to the outpost you told it to... When(IF)it arrives the cargo if any is placed in your Warehouse.. the crew returns to your pool and the ship is sold off to the Admiralty . This way you get stuff and gold and the Ship building econ doesn't go completely in the Toilet .

The precondition for this is being able to order an AI captain around.

Why We use to just sling shot a captured ship to a port.. This just makes it sail in OW to get there.. only control we get is destination.. Hell they could code it to automatically go to the closest outpost we have no matter what

To make it sail OW anywhere is equal in coding and gruesome coding effort.

The way it is now it doenst hurt the ship crafters at all, vets prefer better ships, and the combat marks from sinking them, and newer players get the option to capture a new ship when they have gotten sunk..you dont see much ai ships for sale and if there are they are cheap and hardly get sold...but its good for new players and players who want to learn to pvp but dont wanna waste 300k plus ships..

Its fine like it is now

HUH it is killing the guys trying to get Crafting XP... the Trader Brig and lynx market will soon be   more then full....   The Devs screwed over people trying to craft by taking all craftying XP away for making parts.. now this...
