Fleet ! How its working?

Dear captaines, 

Do you have any informations if shipknoledge and upgrades are usefull for the fleet that you sail with ?

they get no upgrades, all upgrades gets stripped when you put them in fleet. perm mods they get the benefits from

really? it seems they get the same Skills you have on your main ship.. other wise I would be sailing a LOT slower with 3 TBs.. they also get your perks... or at least the cargo one so I would expect the rest to

The Perks are from the Captain, not ships specific and affect the ships under the captain. Controlled + fleet.

Knowledge and mounted equipment are ship specific. Ships moved to fleet do lose all knowledge in slots.

Sort of.  Fleet ships have a few things going for them, the same as all AI:

Increased accuracy

Increased turning (I think)

Marines

Now, whether they SHOULD or not is another question entirely.
