Started playing again after 6 months and my XP won't transfer?

Hi: IGN Jake_F_Kennedy,

I played America on PvP EU server and had lots of XP.  When I came back I switched to the PvP Global and was told I would get my reedeemables when I pick my new country and name since everything is tied to my Steam Account.  However, I got my redeems for ships and stuff but no XP?

Did I do something wrong?

I tihnk my new IGN for British PvP Global is Jake F Kennedy with out the dashes.

Did you have an account on PvP 2 prior to the wipe?

If not, then that is the reason why you don't have the XP as redeemable's.

They repeatedly said to sync your char on all servers prior to wipe by killing at least 1 ship there.  I wonder if you missed it on pvp2 prior to wipe ?

Looking back there was also an announcement in the forum:

But these instructions can be called ambiguous at best.

Umm no, it was said clearly that for Global server the DB from Pvp2 were used and for EU Pvp1 DB were used and thus to get it in redeemable on either server you needed to have a character on either server and it was recommended that you did one battle just to be sure.

Captains were warned about upcoming wipe, at the moment experience transfer is impposible.
