Unless there is something in the chat there, written in Spanish, in which case it should have been reported in-game, there is nothing tribuneable shown here as far as I can see.

Mariel, did a 4th rate mission with my essex, my ship was completely destroyed already as you can see; I end the battle and when I enter OW I see 3 Brits Waiting out of it looking at mariel to avoid me to reach the port before getting ganked. I think that players should get invisibility bonus after missions or at least some kind of protection to avoid this

There's the PvE-server, you know. There is no safety for doing PvE on the PvP-server. And there shouldn't be. Invisibility or other bonuses after PvE-instances is not needed and would lead to abuse.

So it's okay that someone just camp out of the mission of another player; at least the X of the mission could dissapear to avoid that. I don't think "going to PVE" is going to solve this...

I agree with you, I brought this up multiple times in the public forum and the private tester forum that ganking missions shouldn't be allowed.  When the game was released in Early Access and we had 2000 players in game this issue was extreme back then, especially for new players in basic cutters who were getting ganked, but it didn't get fixed.

But it is currently allowed so maybe this should get moved to a different forum.

If you want to make a suggestion or have a gripe with some mechanics, then you should bring that to the appropriate subforum, and not to tribunal. Tribunals are for dealing with issues between players. The players who you show here in your screenshot did nothing wrong and do not deserve to be accused in the tribunal.

Regarding your complaint, crosses for PvE instances do disappear from the OW after a short while just like PvP-instances (except outlaw battles). The players that ganked you either spotted you entering your mission and couldn't follow because they had a constitution with them, or they happened upon you coincidentally as you left your instance.

Also: always always always bring repairs. Then when you see someone around you on the OW after exiting your mission you can pop your repairs and be ready to fight them.

I do not do missions too much, but actually a form of invisibility should be granted also to missioners when they exit the instance.

If you want to fight a missioner you should enter into his mission until it's open and not just wait outside to jump on an already half damaged ship (sailed most of times by a carebear).

I remember people used to exploit invulnerability from PvE-instances to travel safely between certain ports. And it's already a frequent occurrence that people spawn missions around their sailing routes that they jump into when they get chased, and because they are capped to a max rate it is often not possible to follow them into their mission and they can hide in there for safety.

There are several relatively off track and unfrequented spots around the map where people can do PvE with low chances of getting interrupted. But I don't think there should be any extra safety measures for PvE on the PvP-server. They do get abused and they do make PvP even less frequent.

I have been jumped and ganked a hundred times in missions, outside missions, in open sea and in docking range. It is part of what it means to play on the PvP-server.

Back then you could choose where your mission is, not so anymore.

This is not a tribunal matter as no wrongdoing has been made by accordance to the rules present.

If you wish to suggest that a mechanic or anything about the game shall change please head over to the suggestion part of the forum and do so. Prior to making a thread please search on the forum if the topic has already been brought up in the past and please post it in that thread instead.
