People have been talking 1-2 years at least from unique pirate mechanism, or even more?

The last time there was talk about unique mechanism, they were planning to bring new nations in the game and give them unique mechanisms that have been asked for pirates multiple times.  When I read about these ideas for new nations and unique mechanisms, written by Admin..  I really cannot understand why they even waste time thinking crap like this.  There is a change that we get unique Russian nation before we get unique Pirate mechanisms.
