Guest Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 Ah, good old multi-flip. Still kinda insane Brits can fill two 25 man Pb's at the same time o.O

I see a mix of experienced and newer captains in both screenshots, sure having one of the better commanders in our battle might have helped though 1
Socialism Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 It's easier to keep a good record when you keep sinking inferior teams. It's funny when 1 zerg calls the other a zerg......hello pot, meet kettle 1

Potemkin Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 Feels like nassau is really hard to defend when you dont have screeners and you dont have the wind.

And it’s easy for them to take ports through exploits too. Other wise they have to go through the brits...I mean Russians and Spain.

Captain Reverse Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 but many new players and players without experience got the opportunity to fight in big port battles. And not as before, one "elite" So I think everyone should be happy. Given that soon the release and wipe. 5
Tom Farseer Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 (edited) Portbattle - Pinar del Rio The Spanish fleet arrived fashionably late (some of our very own muppets had already started the demasting game ) at a 300 point disadvantage, but with one circle free to take and the weathergauge on our fleet. The battle was met with the british line beeing leewards but determined focusfire and switching of stations between damaged ships on the british side resulted in the first exchange sinking two spanish lineships. After that it turned into several smaller brawls. While circles changed owner a few times but had no longer enough of an effect on the overall outcome, Great Britain won by reaching 1000 points. The spanish screeners did an admirable job of getting their defeated PB fleet out of dodge afterwars. Nice to see Spain back in decent numbers! o7 PS: Next time maybe you won't need a quadruple mulitflip with Russia Edited May 1, 2019 by Tom Farseer 5
