Deleted Character with redeemable

is there way to recover character that been deleted? it was my fault that i did not read warranting notice. be much appreciate if could help. thx

If you didn't redeem anything, you can just create a new character and the redeemables will still be there.

I already redeemed that is the issue... and this game very hard to make gold.
