Im sick and tired of pirates, BLACK clan, running their multiple alts to get more money than any one person can do. All while using even more alts in other nations to buy their resources. France cant get their hard owned Greenword logs because Merchant Loup is always doing this. He's admitted he's a black clan alt, just wont say who his main is.

You need to provide proof of the connection.  Just saying someone is an alt is not enough.  Especially if you don't know whose.
