New Content Suggestion: Treasure Fleets

To try and keep this short and to the point, I’m going to use the what, how and why idea. 
 
What: Large fleet of AI combat and trade ships sailing OW from any given point to any given destination. 
 
How: A sizable fleet of several SOL, 4th/5th rates and heavy trade ships would spawn in OW out of view of land. Fleet would then sail to a faraway destination port. Once fleet spawns letters will start to drop in fishing or loot, giving the last known location of said fleet. Once found, players will be able to tag said fleet and enter combat. The battle will be flagged as an outlaw battle and be a free for all. The battle for Treasure Fleets will remain open for any player to enter up until no AI or players remain. Timer for the battle may need to be expanded to accommodate the size of the fleet and the number of players. AI ships will not be able to escape combat, as if they leave the protection of the fleet, they will be easy pickings. If the AI fleet succeed is killing all attacking players, the balance of the fleet will reenter OW and continue their sail. Loot will be contained within the AI heavy traders and will contain a variety of items with an emphasis on higher quality items “Permits, blueprints...”. Players will need to organize to successfully defeat the AI, defend against player attackers and haul the loot away. 
 
Why: Primarily to drive PVP with the reward of epic loot. Players would focus on the location of the Treasure Fleet and will be required to work together in obtaining it. The battle could potentially rage for hours.

How about we make EPIC events/fleets epic again?  Would love if you tossed in a good reward for doing them and maybe a few trader ships that carry chest as a reward that stay in the middle of the Fleet and you have to capture and get the treasure.  Maybe bring your own trader ships to take the cargo.  This was something many of us thought the treasure fleet event was going to be something like.
