I have been playing this fantastic game for a day or so and I would like to see the following:

1. I like the fact that your position is not marked on the map. However I would like to see a more interactive map. I would like to be able to plot my position (where I think I am) so that I can use the protractor from a marked point.  I would like to be able to take bearings on Points of land, ports etc to try to confirm my position.

2. I would like there to be a scale on the map to help dead reckoning. 

3. A small point. The sail raise & lower on the basic cutter would be better if the square rigged sail was the last to be raised and the first to be lowered. In reality this sail would cause more drag than power when sailing close to the wind.
