System requirements for playing NA on a Notebook

What are the actual (minimal) system requirements to be able to play NA on a Notebook? I'd assume the most critical/important part is the GPU. What features qualifies a GPU for NA?

Direct X 11 is required.  It is theoretical a laptop with an HD 4000 onboard graphics would work.  But really low framerate at low settings

 

I have run the game on an i5 laptop with a Nvidia 940M at low/medium settings with framerates of low to mid 30s.

Here is my laptop and I only get 40fps with everything maxed out, you need a good machine otherwise it will look like crap.

970gtx 3gb

16 gb ram

Minimum requirements (looks like crap)

• OS: 64 bit Windows 7 and above
• Processor: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2 GHz or AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 B60 3.3 GHz
• Memory: 4 GB RAM
• Graphics: GeForce GTX 460 1GB or AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB (must support shader 5 model)
• DirectX: Version 11
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Storage: 2 GB available space
• Additional Notes: 32bit OS versions possible but not supported

GPU must have inbuilt support of DirectX 11 and shader 5 model features
