Closing Tribunals too early for exploiting bugs.

Obviously you guys close down Tribunals so early that the whole Tribunal thing gets useless.

In this special case this:

The FTS guys do it all day, starting battles without the intention to really fight and straight leaving it, so it becomes just a timewaste for the attacked players. That is exploiting a bug and should be punished instead of just closed down "because its a bug"

In game report F11 system has a specific option named Exploit for a reason.

Use it.
