(A bit old but the principle is almost the same) https://www.dropbox....4p4/Edit #1.mp4 And then this Naval Action video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MR87oRNOsg
RAMJB Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 by tomorrow I should have something uploaded that explains how to use yard control to improve turning, and how to tack a Surprise. I'm far from an expert, I'm still learning, but I think the video explains it well .
Ligatorswe Posted November 29, 2014 Author Posted November 29, 2014 Post it here for all to see, RAMJB. Great!

Ink Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Guys, also check this video, divide contingently it by four quarters, I hope it will be easier for you to help yourself turning on manual sails as this video shows turning without touching the rudder
RAMJB Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 well, as promised... /edit: lol, didn't see ligator had already posted a link.
Flip Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 well, as promised... /edit: lol, didn't see ligator had already posted a link. The bots do use repairs but they tend to spam them as soon as they are hit. You will notice you hit them and they repair that initial damage.
Pixel Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Great video RAMJB. I haven't unlocked my first square rigger yet but, I'm having lot of fun with the Lynx and the Cutter so far. Once I do I hopefully won't be running into too many islands thanks to your turning tips.
